Your order will be mailed within 5 business days, unless specified differently on the individual artwork page. We just need time to personalize your order. Standard shipping overseas take approximately a week.
We have a transparent pricing policy where we offer you the right price in the first instance, and therefore do no offer discounts on our artwork.
We make every effort to protect each piece of porcelain by carefully hand wrapping and packing each item. However, if despite our best efforts, your porcelain arrives broken we will be glad to exchange it for you (we must receive a photo of the broken porcelain within 24 hours of delivery). We are ready to deliver your porcelain wherever you wish. Please specify the exact delivery location when you place your order. As soon as your order is mailed, we will send you an email with the tracking information.
The online service, Mercanet, allows the client to pay directly on the BNP Paribas secured server. The client’s card number is sent directly to the bank and your payment is processed directly by the bank (BNP Paribas) in a secure environment without passing through the boutique’s servers.
The client is allowed 30 days (including the day of receipt) to review the merchandise for any problems. In the event of an exchange or reimbursement, the new merchandise must be returned promptly to Laure Sélignac directly and in its original packaging, intact, accompanied by any accessories sold with the item(s) and all original documentation included with the item(s). Returns and exchanges are to be sent Laure Sélignac, 17 Avenue de Friedland, 75008 Paris, France.
Hence, card information is only known by our banking partner, BNP Paribas.
A client’s order is not considered confirmed until the payment centers involved have authorized the charge. In the event that the client’s payment is refused, the order will be automatically cancelled and an email will be sent to the client detailing the cancellation.
The seller is excused from delivery requirements in the event of war, riots, fire, strikes, accidents and/or the inability to receive supply deliveries.
All shipments are subject to the destination's entry restrictions, duties and eventual risks. Verify your merchandise immediately on delivery. Typically, you have 48 hours to alert the transporter of missing and/or damaged merchandise.
For availability reasons, an order could be sent out in several different shipments, however, the client in this case is only responsible for one delivery charge. Of course, if the client requests two or more different deliveries then an order is processed for each and the client is responsible for the delivery charge associated with each order.
