This delicate Pompadour Rose French Porcelain Ring with Gold Detail features roses and foliage, inspired by Madame de Pompadour, who was a member of the French court and the official chief mistress of King Louis XV from 1745 until her death. Madame de Pompadour was well known for her beauty and keen eye for luxurious design. This ring was inspired by her love for a particularly rich color of pink now known as "Pompadour Rose."
